Federal Duck Stamp**
*Deer and turkey hunting permits required for both residents and non-
residents in addition to an annual hunting license.
**All waterfowl hunters who require licenses must purchase a Kentucky
Waterfowl Stamp in addition to the Federal Duck Stamp. Licenses sold at
all County Clerks offices, most resorts and bait & tackle stores. Federal
Duck Stamp sold at all US Post Offices.
Fish Size & Creel Limits
Note: Kentucky/Barkley Lake size limit on
largemouth and smallmouth is 15"
Note: Kentucky/Barkley Lake size limit is 10"
Note: Kentucky and Barkley Dam tailwaters
creel limit is 3 fish.
Note: Kentucky/Barkley Lake and respective
tailwaters size is 14"
